The Munzer Family has established and funded the AVM & Neurological Research Fund in Memory of Leslie Munzer to raise money to fund neurological research. This fund will have tax deductible status beginning with the year 2004. Our commitment is that funds dispersed for this purpose will be distributed after our family, with the guidance of our medical board, has researched the most needy and worthwhile organizations wherever they may exist. We pledge not to encumber the fund with any administrative costs. All dollars raised will be directed 100% for the intended purpose. It is our hope that this fund will advance neurological science in perpetuity so that some day nobody will ever again suffer our tragedy. In these times, private funding is crucial as there is scarce public funding for this type of essential research. Our Family has begun The Foundation by providing substantial funding, but we cannot reach our goals without your help.
